The Parties agree that any disagreement or dispute that cannot be resolved between them shall be firstly arbitrated upon with a mutually acceptable Arbitrator, and if not so resolved shall allow either Party legal remedy and/or recourse if so, deemed in ANY Court of competent jurisdiction. 8. DISPUTES AND ARBITRATION 8.1. Any disputes should be settled amicably if possible, and if not, shall be first brought to arbitration before the mutually or independently appointed Arbitrator and venue. 8.2. The ruling (including award of costs) and award will be final and binding on all Parties 8.3. The arbitration shall be commenced by either Party giving to the other 8.4. Notice in writing stating the subject matter and details of the dispute or difference and that Party’s wish to refer the matter to arbitration. 8.5. Arbitration shall be by an arbitrator to be agreed upon by the parties and failing agreement within ten (10) working days of the first notice referred to in 8.3 hereof, the arbitrator shall be appointed by the President/Head of the Lawyers Society, or other equivalent or similar legal notable resident in the country of destination. 9. JOINT DECLARATION: Both Seller and Buyer declare unto one another that the commodity offered herein for sale, and the origin of the funds used for purchasing the commodity, do NOT contravene: The Drug Trafficking Offenses Act 1986, The Criminal Act 1988, the Prevention of Terrorism(Temporary Provisions) Act 1989, The Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act1990, The Criminal Justice Act 1993, and the Money Laundering Regulations 1993, or any other illegal or criminal activity. And accordingly, each party to this offer indemnifies each other against any such allegations which or may not be made in the future. 10. FACSIMILE COPIES AND COMMUNICATIONS: This Contract shall be accepted to be legal and binding by both parties if executed and sent by email direct to the parties concerned at the numbers contained within this Contract.

El arbitraje estará a cargo de un árbitro acordado por las partes y, en su defecto, dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes a la primera notificación mencionada en 8.3 del presente, el árbitro será designado por el Presidente / Jefe de la Sociedad de Abogados, u otro equivalente legal o similar residente en el país de destino. 9.DECLARACIÓN CONJUNTA: Tanto el Vendedor como el Comprador declaran entre sí que el producto ofrecido en este documento para la venta, y el origen de los fondos utilizados para comprar el producto, NO contravienen: la Ley de delitos de tráfico de drogas de 1986, la Ley Penal de 1988, la Prevención del Terrorismo (Temporal Disposiciones) Ley de 1989, Ley de justicia penal (cooperación internacional) de 1990, Ley de justicia penal de 1993 y Reglamento sobre blanqueo de capitales de 1993, o cualquier otra actividad ilegal o delictiva. Y en consecuencia, cada una de las partes de esta oferta se indemniza mutuamente contra tales acusaciones que puedan hacerse o no en el futuro. 10. COPIAS Y COMUNICACIONES FACSIMILES: Este Contrato será aceptado como legal y vinculante por ambas partes si se ejecuta y se envía por correo electrónico directamente a las partes interesadas a los números incluidos en este Contrato.
